Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have THREE (3) days after receiving your item to notify us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and labels and in its original packaging including the boxes and all the packaging material.

Your Item must be in the original packaging. You need to ensure that the item, including any complimentary items or FOC (free of charge) item that come with the Item, must be returned in the same condition received on delivery. We recommend you to take a photo of Item upon receipt.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question from here.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like pre-booking item, custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and also item for AS IT IS PROMOTION. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or custom-made gift.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/debit card or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s/bank policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the Item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
